We are a Physician Hospital Organization (PHO) located in Sioux Falls, South Dakota.

Established in 1997, Independent Healthcare Associates is a joint venture between Sioux Falls Specialty Hospital and independent providers throughout the state. IHA serves as a dedicated advocate for independent medical practices at both the state and national levels.
